Instead of generic exercises to "bulletproof" your knees that you found on Instagram, we offer specific exercises tailored to YOU, while considering your individual problem and sport.

The videos in this challenge are all under 5 minutes, everyone can spare that amount of time. In addition, by identifying the correct exercises for you, we can keep your time spent doing exercises to a minimum, while building the foundations to maximise your time spent doing your sport.

Hi, I’m Joe 👋
Final-year medical student, Master of Research and former chronic knee pain sufferer.
I had been living with persistent knee pain since I was 18, I couldn't even walk down the stairs. I had to stop my sport which was Thai Boxing, completely, and lose that social connection that I had built. After years of trial and error, studying medicine, looking for advice on the internet, and rehabbing my knees, I’ve finally achieved a life free from pain.
Along the way, I realized just how much conflicting and confusing advice is out there — from social media influencers to scientific journals. It made my return to sports THAT much harder.
That’s why I created Ability [KNEE] — to help others like you break free from the limitations of knee pain, and return to your favourite sport.
