  • This Agreement and your use of our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the UK without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

Changes to this Agreement:

  • The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such modifications will constitute your acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.

Severability:

  • If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement:

  • This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.

Cancellation Policy:

  • The Company reserves the right to cancel any order or service at any time for any reason.
  • If the Company cancels an order or service, the Customer will be entitled to a full refund of any fees paid.

Personalised Therapy 3-week Refund Guarantee

  • The Company offers a 3-week refund policy for Personalised Therapy purchased from the Company.
  • To be eligible for a refund, you must complete and have evidence of completion of the following:
    • pay in full prior to starting the programme
    • request the refund within 3 weeks of the date of purchase
    • perform the exercises/movements correctly (evidence by video or in person checks)
    • perform exercises/movements as often as prescribed (evidence by video and/or diary with time and date stamps)
    • no progress has been demonstrated (evidence by keeping a log of the sets/reps/weight of given exercises)
      • progress being the ability to perform an increased number of sets/reps/weight on an mutually agreed upon exercise compared to starting the programme
  • If you do so, the Company will refund the full purchase price, minus any applicable fees (such as shipping or handling fees).
  • If you request a refund without evidence of completing the steps above, the Company will not be able to provide a refund.

The 3-week refund policy does not apply to the following:

  • Products or services that are customised or personalised by the Customer themselves.
